1. About this policy
This policy explains how Beyond The Trees Consultancy LLP (registered in England and Wales, number OC454822, registered office Units 2 & 3, West Down Farm, Corton Denham, Sherborne, DT9 4LG) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use personal data more generally.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They help a site work, remember your choices and tell its owner how it is being used. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, work in much the same way, and we refer to all of them as “cookies” in this policy.
3. How we use cookies
Strictly necessary cookies. These make the website work and remember your cookie choices. They are always on, and don’t need your consent.
Analytics cookies. These help us understand how visitors find and use our website, so we can improve it. They are only set if you accept them.
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not use cookies to build profiles for targeted ads.

We use Google Analytics to collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your approximate location, your device and browser, and how you reached our site. Google acts as a service provider and may process this information outside the UK. The safeguards that apply are described in our Privacy Policy. You can read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Managing your choices
On our website. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.
In your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block all cookies, parts of the site may not work as intended. Guidance is available at aboutcookies.org.
Google Analytics specifically. Google provides a browser add-on that stops its analytics from collecting data about your visits, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
If you reject analytics cookies, we will not set them, and your visit will not be included in our analytics.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the cookies we use change or the law requires it. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top.
